2006 Explorer XLT Washer Fluid Issue

My windshield washer fluid pump isn't working. Figured it might be clogged, so I blew compressed air throughout. Still didn't work so I bought a new pump ($19) and installed it, but still not working. Asked my dad to listen if the pump hums when I press the switch, he says it was silent. I'm thinking it probably would be a fuse, but none of the websites I've searched list a fuse that controls the washer pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have the owners manual? Much better place to check for fuse information than random websites.

I downloaded the manual first. There is no mention of the washer pump fuse or relay. That's why I checked other places. Thanks.
