2006 EB 4.6l 6r60 Tranny filter?

I'm gonna be changing the tranny fluid and filter soon, but having problems figuring out what filter it takes. There's two types for the 6r60 trans. One is a flat filter and other one has a pickup tube. My EB is a 4x4. Not sure if it's 6L2Z-7A098-AA or 7L1Z-7A098-A filter.

The filter with the extension tube is for a trans pan with a sump. If you have a "flat" bottom pan that the filter must be flat.

Think that the 6R80 trans has the "deep" pan.

Ok thanks. After researching, I have the shallow pan. One last question, we're you able to reuse the gasket?

Yes, the gasket is reusable as long as you don't tear it. Correct Motorcraft # is FT-160 for the filter.
Correct fluid is Mercon SP. You will need about 8 qts.
