This tool helps you remove the torsion bar , in other words I’m changing the springs on my truck

I was sorta forced to buy it, mine broke from rust. If you see paint missing on your torsion bars, it is a risk. I have a nice prybar now :).
I also got the "A" stiff ones.
 






So it presses the torsion bars from the lower control arms?

EDIT..... I finally found a video showing this tool in use, it releases the key.

I asked because I have a set of junk yard control arms with the T Bars rusted fast to them and was wondering if this would help.
