Forscan Fuel Trim question

Fellows: I posted this question in the '02-05 S/T forum and thought I'd move it over to here hoping I might get some follow up.

Fellows. New user to the Forscan program and doing alot of hunting and pecking to learn it.

I notice that there are a couple different parameters for the Fuel Trims (both LT and ST, I think)

Which ones should I be using for a '02 S/T with the 4.0l, Auto, 2WD?

ST means short term fuel trim meaning near instantaneous, LT is long term and is an average over time.

I am using short term right now to figure out issues I am having with misfires and a lean condition.
