Hey guys. I was browsing a website looking for the right transmission fluid to re-fill my aunt's Concorde, and I stumbled on this website... Dead Link Removed

What the heck...? Am I the only one digusted to see this website? My Ford has treated me ten times better than any other vehicle on the planet. These parts falling off, etc. are probably stupid people's fault. Fords weren't build to be idiot-proof. Besides, it's a Ford, not a Merecedes...ugh.

How many of you guys on here agree that Fords DO last a long time, and are NOT the worst cars on the road? True, they're not God's gift to the auto world...but all of this anti-ford business is starting get old

Ha. What an idiot. I hate people who act like theres an automobile out there that is problem-free. Todd is a royal dillweed.

I would like to quote the comic genius of Lewis Black:

" The best thing about the internet is that anyone can post anything for any reason....

The WORST thing about the internet is that ANYONE can post ANYTHING for ANY reason."

And yes, he is shouting.

Todd Grigsby reminds me how funny that joke is.

I am sure there is at least one hate page for each brand of car out there.

There will always be someone with a problem, who thinks their own car should be the best one ever made by the manufactuer.

Yeah there is always cars that will piss off someone . My Ford Ranger saved my life . The only complaint I have is the jack in the rear jump seat came out of it's screwed down mount and hit me in the back of the head and helped my concussion . I was out of work for 3 months , but I guess that should be expected for any vehicle that gets hit almost head on at 70MPH and rolls end over end 5 or 6 times off the side of a bridge and lands in a tree ................
Im very lucky to be here ... and my poor Splash Extended Cab gave up it's life to save mine .

Post that story on his site ......
On a side not ......... none of the cars ANYBODY built in 1987 were worth a sheet , not just the Escort .

I sent a letter of my own to that man, he he,

"Hi, My 93 Explorer`s cigarette lighter conked out on me After only 160,000kms. Can you believe it? not only that, there is a little bit of rust on the rocker panels, the paint has worn off on the bottom of the doorsills, I have had to replace a few light bulbs, and I recently had to buy a new starter for it!
How can we let these coporate monsters at Ford get away with selling stuff that wears out?
I have never heard of anything going wrong or wearing out on ANY vehicle that wasn`t a Ford, not even a flat tire!
Maybe we should buy more expensive vehicles instead of cheaper ones that are built to be more affordable to the average consumer. The less expensive the car, the less it lasts. Why should I expect to get what I pay for?

Sincerely,
James Robertson

Does anybody else find it hillarious that the dude is bitter over a 1987 Escort?

Yes. That is the first thing I noticed. I mean REALLY........a 1987 Ford Escort? When I think of "the" stereotypical POS car I think of that.
