anybody kno who the "peel and seal" is made by?

the stuff i used has a sticky back.

Digger, the "Peel and Seal" has a paper backing to remove. Once you remove the paper backing there will be an asphalt sticky substance that will stick to anything, no need for tape.

sounds like peel and seal is $1 a sq foot, so you might as well get the fatmat which may be better since its made for sound deadening and it too is $1 a foot at $100 for 100 sq ft.
