Oh those Toregs are sweet!

It's great to see a gas mileage test done in the real world. Often times you hear about cars on a race track by them selves and doing the ol gas-and-coast method. Obviously going nonstop until they run out of gas.

That's not a bad looking little car for what it is either.

I think Char went from PHX to Moab on a single tank in her TDI Golf.

Haven't we become the little VW buff? huh?

I admired their technology long before I bought the GTI.

How about Motor Trend's car of the year? Another hybrid.

VW's new Turbo deisel technology makes the gasoline engine obsoluete, plain and simple.

Add that to a hybrid and the sky's the limit.

There is also a new plastic out that is made entirely from corn, it is biodegradable and can do everything conventional plastic can do. However do you think the petroleum companies are just going to sit back and watch their product become obsolete? Nope.

VW's kick ass.

i love our TDI jetta 600 miles a tank and usually less then 20 bucks to fill up. Also has enough power i can go up eather side of the grapevine at 75+ in fith and hold the speed. We have put 28000+ miles on it sense we got it in april. To bad they wont be selling the TDI in cali starting 2004
