    Hazards won't turn off unless I press the brakes.

    It was a short in the wiring which in turn shorted the emergency switch . rewired and replaced multifunction switch.

    AL4D blown front seal and no O/D problem

    I had that seal burst on me while on I-5 (Oil everywhere and lots of traffic) it scorched the torque convertor so recommend replacing both.

    Some times the filament can be broken and by moving it cause it to come back on but will go off when bumped. you should be able to see if filaments are good on both high and low beams. bulb number 9004

    Radius arm fix

    Had to replace right one on 94 xl used a grinder to remove rivets then the bracket (half of it) using bolts and lock washers replaces bushings no problems with it for 5 years now. Good Luck :)

    92 and some 93's don't have EGR they have CMP's though

    Solid-On Turn Signal - Solved

    apparently the ground wire is connected very cleverly from the BOO (LG) to multifunction sw (LG) to two other connectors and then to firewall connector. ripped a dash out of a junk yard 93 exp to trace it. the (LG and G/R) melted together.
