clean your throttle body also replace your throttle position sensor also could be the plugs

clean your throttle body also replace your tps mine got wet and cause rough idle and even stalling once i replaced it and clean the throttle body the problem went away

i had the same problem on my ranger it happend to be an electrical problem so what i did was just run wires from the fuel pump to the switch and battery and worked just fine after that..
