    Can the 2013 explorer fascia part be modded?

    NJ only tests for emissions since August of 2010. They stopped doing full inspections to save the state money.

    Hood Deflector

    It is a factory one from Ford. I have one on mine and like how it looks. It has a few chips in it already from some road debris getting kicked up. Prevented a lot of hood damage so far. http://accessories.ford.com/hood-deflector-smoke-8956.html
