    According to Haynes Repair Manual it says for 1997 models to remove the Headlight housing assembly. That sound like a pain to me.

    Yes it will work. If all you are going to use the strobes for is your alarm then you shouldn't need the controls to change the flash patterns. But you will need a constant 12v output from your alarm box to turn the power supply on.

    No I don't here the fuel pump. I'v tried waiting a few seconds to a few minutes and still nothing. Thanks though.

    My 1996 XLT 4.0 is doing kind of the same thing. But mine only does it when it rains.I can crank on it all day and it will not start. I have checked the fuel rail and there is no presser when cranking the engine. I have to use starting fluid to get it started and then it runs fine till the next...

    Strobes...Worth it to get cheaper ones?

    Why you ask. Because they can. I have been on the Huntington County Sheriff Disaster Team for about 7 years now. But I have been putting lights in my trucks/cars since I got my license to drive. Now I'm not knocking you but don't criticize someone else for what they do to there truck.

    Reverse Light Wire

    Does anybody know what color and where the reverse wire is located? What I mean is does it come out of the transfer case or the transmission. The reason is I want to make them flash off and on but I don't know where it is. There is so many wires under there.
