The fuel filter is located on the driver's side under the front door. It's mounted inside the frame rail. I changed mine with about 112 k on it. It's not that expensive to replace it's just kind of a pain to get the old one off. I figured it couldn't hurt to change it. ~Andy

I have the BFG AT KO's and I have been very happy with them. They're fine at 75 mph, and they've done great in the snow for me. I don't know anything about the Pirellis, but I know there are people on the board who run them. I hope that helps. ~Andy

I think that in theory you can just remove the cats and put a straight pipe in place of them. The only problem is that you wont pass any emissions tests. I do think that since the O2 sensor is in front of the cats that it shouldn't be a problem. You'll have to do it your self because unless...

I would think it would be possible to mount seats from a 99 in a 91. It may take a little fabrication to get it to work if it doesn't just swap out, but I would think it would be possible. If I'm wrong somebody tell me because I've thought about doing it to mine as well. ~Andy

I was looking at the Explorer Express catalog that I have and it says in here that they painted the chrome by using a special etching primer and then they painted them to match. Now as to what kind of primer they used you'd have to call or email them and find out. Hope that helps. ~Andy

Your best bet would probably be to take it and put it on a dyno. I'm not sure how much it will cost but it's going to be the best way to tell home much power you've gained. BTW: how does it sound without the muffler??
