    Fact is whether its 10% Ethanol or 15% Ethanol u get 10 or 15% LESS Gas mileage with Ethanol so in a typical price differential there is NO $$ Savings using any % of Ethanol when u do the simple math.

    I think the upper left ones in my pic go to coolant passage, why that one fails first probably, I used RTV on those 2 - Anti seize on the rest - I just cleaned & reused the Fact Pan Gasket ends at Timing Cover instead of the crap Gasket in the Kit - I just covered the pan opening w/ rag then...

    VERY important to Tap Threads Clean - Wire brush Fasteners & use Anti Seize.

    those fittings have killed many a radiator - in SC i just delete the Tranny Fluid warmer in Radiator and add 2nd Air to Fluid cooler but not the WTG in every climate.

    I put a V6 Radiator in mine & just ditched the Clips.

    I secured new AC Condendser Coil snugly to Radiator Support - Went back with all Aluminun 2 Row Radiator with Shroud & Electric Fan & cut Threads off of Water Pump.

    We were successfully deleting Balance Shafts 30 years ago in the Mitsu World... BTW there's a GOOD REASON Kamikaze's flew Mitsubishi's ~! - Most of the Kamikaze Pilots were previous Mitsu MECHANICS... being a Kamikaze was WAY more fun than working on Mitsu's.

    Cork Trans Pan gasket will leak, period... they ALL do - Only good Trans Pan Gasket is the Reusable Composite Rubber & Aluminum gasket like Factory - Sonnax.com makes one too.

    Will do - Now someone at some time was into the Rear Diff so the current plan is to sort any issues with Rear Diff out in 2WD mode >>> THEN upgrade Front Wheel Drive system properly - It is said to have new Clutch, new Brakes.

    Service write kinda misspoke... Mechanic says the Front Diff is toast & a gear in there is whats hammering - As this truck is new to me I's like to see what it drives like so I'm having them delete the Front Drive Shaft & Axles until I get parts in hand for the upgrade - THANX~!

    1989 RANGER XLT 4X4.

    $1400 - 95k miles but certainly rolled over - V6 runs smooth, 2.9 ? - 5 Speed w new Clutch - NC truck so pretty rust free - Hellacious CLANK fm Front Pass side I think - Drove it 110 yards then had towed straight to shop, I'm guessing bad Yokes, U Joints, etc.
