    Will not go into 4X4 mode

    I have a 2002 XLT with the push button controls on the dash. I have tried several times to engage 4 wheel drive high and low. I have followed the owners manual exactly. Nothing happens when I press the buttons. I have checked all the fuses and all are good. Can anyone help? Thanks

    Rear end fluid change

    My 2002 XLT 4.6 v8 explorer has the alum rear end housing. I would like to change the fluid. Looking at the housing there is a large square nut that appears to be the drain plug. How do I remove the large drain plug? Is there a special tool needed? Thanks
