3rd row

Hi all! We recently had our 3rd row seats stop working, and instead of buying power seats again, we were hoping to cut the cost in half and get manual seats for the back. Does anyone know if this is an easy switch/install, or can even be done??

So on my 2010 EB the passenger side 3rd row seat is stuck up. I can't find any forums that deal with the non-powered ones. I pull up on the lever and it moves down only a little bit before getting stuck and wont go down any further. If needed I can upload a video link if that will help anyone...
