block heater

I recently notice that my block heater cord isn't actually hooked up to anything! it runs in the front grill, and under the hood, and it's end is hanging in there doing nothing. Where does this end actually plug in to? i.e. where is the block heater located on the 94's? Thanks

okay so i plugged in my block heater , it has been warm , but now very cold,, about -30 c, , funny thing is, when plugged in the block heater makes a kind of humming noise,, not the usual bubbling sound,, it hums,, this is a first for me,, anybody else ever hear such a thing,??? is this a...
