    Bad IAC Valve?

    I got my Explorer a couple of years ago and I have had no problems so far except for a humming noise that I can hear under the hood, mostly while idling. After doing a little bit of research I think that the problem is the Idle Air Control Valve. I have tried cleaning it out about three times...
