Im kinda new here i just had a question on air filters. I currently have a stock airbox with the silencer removed and just a paper filter i want to up grade and get more power without spending a fortune. I found 2 drop in filters one is a spectre at autozone for $22 and a K&N filter for $60...

i'm going to get the K&N 57 series probably on thursday (next paycheck :D) and i was wondering if i was to add a mass air flow sensor at this time, would i get better performance than with just the intake? or should i just leave the MAF stock? thanks a lot...
