I have a new-to-me 91 Ranger 4wd, 120k miles, very nice condition. I've just recently noticed a few occasions where when turning slowly, forward and backward, the rear wheel (maybe just on the right side?) is skidding as though it were in 4wd, but it shouldn't be. The panel lights indicate...

Well I was on my way down the highway, when suddenly the front right wheel locked up and stopped turning (thankfully I'm in Alaska so I just kinda slid off the road) so I got out and locked the hub in(for 4x4) and it still happened, just not as bad, any ideas on what it could be?

Title says it all. Both the steering wheel and ignition are locked up on my 1999 Explorer Eddie Baure Edition with anti-theft, awd . No amount of turning, pushing etc. works. Thank-you for any type of help on this.

I am a new member and need HELP!!! I have a 2005 Explorer, V8.. and the gear shift is locked in park! My back brake lights will not function either... AAA could not find a fuse that was bad, HOWEVER, since they could not tow it, do to no wheel movement...it is sitting in alot... I need this car...
