    Yellow LED Fog Lights (2018 Explorer)

    I'm interested in changing the stock white LED fog lights in my new 2018 Explorer Sport to a yellow bulb (2500K). As an LED it would seem you could electronically change the color of the stock bulb but replacing the bulb would work as well. Has anyone changed out the LED fog light to yellow?

    Well I need some help with my HID fogs.

    I have a 95 explorer with a 2000 explorer sport front bumper, this required my fogs become H1 bulbs. Now i want HID fogs. So i did some research and found that 9006 type hid bulbs will perfectly fit in the fog light housing without modification (this is true.) Now i went to the local junkyard...

    Pics of the newly installed gt yellow vinyl on the fogs

    I have a 3000k yellow hid kit on my fogs but I wanted a deeper yellow look. So instead of a lexus yellow cap retro job I tried the headlightarmor.com gt yellow vinyl, $18 for the precut kit for the fogs. Here is the end result, I will post before and after pics of the lights at night later...
