00 Explorer XLS 4.0 HHO + EFIE Enhancer

I am installing an HHO/Hydrogen Cell in the next couple of weeks. I already installed a dual Oxygen Sensor EFIE + a 30 Amp PWM.
Question.

Can a MAF sensor be use to lean out the fuel ?

Does anyone has MPG Numbers after installing HHO ? IWould be interested to see what others are getting

I currently get around 18 MPG combined City/Hwy and the best I've seen was 22 MPG 450 miles to fumes 20.1 gallons on a trip from ATL to Birmingham doing 70 to 79 Miles per hour. All of this before EFIE/HHO.
I will post numbers after I get the HHO installed.

I will take and post pictures. I just got my new 20 SS Plates 9x3 and a HHO Meter so I can try multiple configurations to see which one produces the most HHO.
Aldive: are you using a O2 enhancer or just the MAF enhancer.
I installed my dual O2 enhancer this pass Sunday without a MAF and I can lean it out pretty good that way. Someone had mentioned that a MAF cannot be controlled on my car due to that the ECM will overwrite it. ??

Currently I am only using the MAF Enhancer.
