I have an '03 Explorer XLS that i got from the in-laws. It is in Excellent shape. I put HID's in and nightshaded the taillights. It dows not have fog lights but i want to put some in. The bumper has spots for them but they will have to be cut out. Does anyone have any advice on how to do it without completely messing up my bumper cover?
