Does anyone know if I can put a 4r44E in my 93 Explorer. It currently has an A4LD. Is the 4R44E compatible with a 93? Thanks

As far as I know, I do not believe so. The 4R44E was used behind the 4 cylinder and the 3.0 in the Ranger and was never used behind the 4.0 that is in the Explorers.
