1995 Explorer Code check & O2 sensor replacement

Hi!

I'm looking for 2 things. First, how do I get the codes for my 1995 Explorer (4.0L V6)? I've read "paper clip" but I'm not sure where to stick it *insert punchline here* and do I just count the Check Engine light flashes (I believe that's correct, but want to make sure!).

Then, I found a list of codes, but can't tell what code is for the O2 sensor. I've read there are 4 for this vehicle, so I'm wondering if there are 4 different codes, and what they are.

You need to 'stick it' in the spout connector that is located under the hood in the 'diag' trapezoid shaped box. On the 95, I think it's on the drivers side by the firewall.
