The Light Switch Has Been Replaced Still No High Or Low Beams But If I Pull On My Turn Signal Switch To Flash The High Beams They Light Up Just Fine But As Soon As I Release They Go Out Pushing Forward On Stick To Make High Beams Stay On Dont Do Anything... Any Ideas/Suggestions Are Greatly Appreciated

When you say you replaced the light switch, do you mean the light on-off switch on the dash or the multi-function switch on the column. This sounds like a multi-function switch issue.
