Recently I was pulling into my driveway and it had rained recently my explorer got away from me and I bumped a tree. The left front quarter panel is dented but it didn't even break the headlight I barely tapped the tree. However the left front wheel no longer turns and seems something has come loose or broken. The right wheel still turns as it should but the left one is completely free but it still spins. Any ideas or help as to what is wrong? Thanks

I only things it could be is the steering rack, inner tie rod or outer tie rod. Take a look underneath when you can and see if anything looks out of place.
