1999 Eddie Bauer

well this is my 99 eddie bauer v6. has every available option, and right now is basically stock. i was wondering what you guys would suggest adding to it? i dont do much off roading (only go once or twice a year) and do a lot of street driving and just general all around "cruising". im going to install a custom pushbar on the front and a new subwoofer in the rear. what do you guys suggest i do to it other than that? can be anything from suggesting new rims to new suspension kits. just let me know!

thanks man. the offroading is not too intense. im sort of looking for performance and street upgrades i guess, but i still want to keep the fact that it is a 4x4 truck VERY apparent.

Well then a TT, shackles, and add-a-leaf with 31's should do it for you.

nice x u got there

thanks guys. ill look into that for sure. i want to raise it about an inch (because that is the clearance i have in the garage). so how much would that cost? also, is there an alternative to doing the TT on the front end? how much do add a leafs usually cost for the rear? thanks guys

Well if you only want about and inch Just go with the shackles and TT, no add-a-leaf.
As for alternatives to the TT they have Torsion Key lifts but it basically does the same thing. Or go bigger lift but thats about it suspension wise.

Man- that Chestnut Brown looks so nice on your Ex, especially after the amazing work by the body shop- do anything that accentuates the color and nothing more...!

That is a beautiful Ex.

I'd say just bull bar or brush guard with lights on it and maybe deeper window tint with 1" tt and 2" shakles maybe some black alloy wheels but it looks good now either way

thanks guys.

Good luck with the ex can wait to see some updates.

yea keep us up to date with pics =] id love to see your progress

yeah. i have to measure my garage door opening again to see how much i can raise it.. hopefully i can add at least an inch.

how much do shackles usually cost?

i spy an arctic cat sticker andyman, what you got for a sled?

truck looks great!

ha for sure. my blood runs LIME GREEN!! just sold my 2006 f6 firecat sno pro (in lime green of course) and bought a 2008 f6 sno pro (in black, which is sick). but i have been riding (and competing in sno cross) since i was like 6 or 7 on my little kitty cat, moved up to 440's, and now i do cross country

what size is a stock rim off of a truck like mine..

yeah. i see the shackles. i dont think i can raise it more than an inch because of the clearance of the garage door, so i might redo the suspension with shackles, but i need to find a smaller lift..

im gonna look into som cragar soft 8's when my tires wear down..

im gonna add a push bar/bull bar on the front end with a pair of driving lights, hopefully i will get that done over christmas break..
