1999 explorer head lights not working. High beam works

I have 1999 explorer 4.0 engine. Head lights not working. High beams are working. Can not find location of light control module. Some body help me

Headlight relays are built into the multifunction turn signal switch
They can be problematic

You can check fuses and the wiring to and from the switch and they can also be cleaned and rebuilt.
If all the bulbs, wiring and fuses are good it is likely time for a new multifunction switch or rebuild

Thank you very much for advice. My high beam stay on position does not work but if i pull up it works. So i think my multifunctiin switch is faulty.

very common issue as all the headlight relays are built into this switch

Thnx for all tips . My head light switch was bad.it overheated and melted inside. Replaced it and lights are working.
