you can find just about everything about this vehicle on this forum. just click on the forum link, scroll down to 95-01 explorer section. this subforum has a lot of information, some of it you have to dig for though. parts are everywhere, junk yards, napa, any other auto parts store, these things were one of teh most popular SUVs in america.

Sure, I'll buy it! Meet me half way :p: But anyway, there is a great wealth of information on this site. There isn't much info out there on the statistics on 4 door manual shift Explorers, there isn't a lot of them out there, some here have done swaps on their trucks to achieve having a 4 door manual. These are good vehicles though.

It's still gonna be the M50D 5 speed trans.

For transmission / transfer case related parts just tell em you have the 2dr sport.

Some of the under hood stuff will be manual trans specific as well; such as the radiator (no trans cooler) Fan will be different than the auto trans. PCM will be manual trans specific (no auto trans controls)

Drive-lines are custom and will have to be rebuilt as apposed to replaced. no biggie, just don't bend one!

So; when your looking for parts just assume you have a 2dr sport unless it is body and door stuff.

cool. thanks people. ill post pictures when the weather gets better here, maybe yall could tell me more about it from the pics
