      Hello all!

My Name is Mark and I am one of the two masters of the European
      Ford Explorer Board: www.explorer-board.de

We build up that board in July 20th, 2004 to give all European Explorer
      Owners a home.
Since the FORD Motor Campany decided not to sell the Explorer Series
in Europe anymore we have the feeling to drive an "Oldtimer"!

Most of the FORD mechanics tell us they don't know the Explorer any-
more or are not able to repair it.
Parts are getting expensive and seldom.

You must think it funny, but we are going to preserve our XPs as
      Oldtimers ...
If You wish to get more informations please don't hesitate to contact
      me (m.lohrer@explorer-board.de).

Members of this board who plan to visit good old Europe next Year
should also plan to visit our
1st European Explorer Meeting taking place June 10th-12th, 2005
      near Dusseldorf.

It is not necassary to bring Your XP with You!
You are very welcome! Hope to hear from You all!
For informations: send me an eMail!

      Yours, Mark

P.S.: Sorry, although our board is a European Board, German is the
main language this time, we work on it!

      Frohe Weihnachten! Merry Christmas!
      or is it, Frohlich Weihnachten!

Darn it, I can't remember exactly how it's said or spelled. I have been to Dusseldorf.
My Deutsch is pretty rusty. I was always better understanding German spoken to me than speaking it back, for some reason. It was neat understanding the gist of a conversation. My friend is fluent however.

Do any of you have Explorer: Black Edition? Explorer: Schwarze Ausgabe. It was a type of Explorer sold only in Europe.

Good luck with the board... looks like there is plenty of activity. Too bad I had decided to put my 98 Explorer Sport back on the boat last year. I wish I could stay in Europe... maybe in the future?

      ;)
