I had an issue with replacement belts being too large wherever I wanted to purchase them from. Advance, Amazon, and rockauto all list an 88.25” belt for my vehicle.

When I used the recommended 88.25” belt, the tensioner always hit the stop point and caused the truck to vibrate and rattle bad in drive, and even worse with the AC on.

So I bought a Dayco 89320 tensioner and a driveworks 6PK2235 belt. Which is 88” long.
The truck doesn’t sound or feel like it’s going to shake itself apart now.

If you have a ratlling sound turn the AC on and check to see if your tensioner is maxed out.
