I am new to this forum, It was recommended. I bought a 2000 Explorer 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I stopped at a red light and when I pressed on the gas peddle to go the suv would not move. The rpm went up but it felt like I had my emergency brake on. I set the brake and released it. Still no movement. I then put it in reverse still no movement. I then put it in park and went to neutral. no movement. I then got out of the car and pushed on it and I was on a slight hill and it began to roll, I hopped back in put it in drive and went on. Same thing happened at the next light. I then drove two more blocks and parked it for 2 hrs and when I came back I drove it home 10 miles no problem. Can anyone tell me what it might be?
