2001 Explorer Sport - Replacing Brushings

Hello Everyone! New member here.
Does anyone have and info, diagrams on how to properly change out the brushings on my two door sport? They are basically breaking into pieces. Thanks for any help.

Brushings or bushings? If bushings, which ones? Body mounts, sway bar, leaf springs, shocks, control arms, etc.

All the body mount bushings are crumbling and some are completely gone.
