2005 Explorer Transmission Hard Shifting

Hey Guys,

I have a 2005 Explorer with ~130k miles and the transmission (without the dipstick) started hard shifting into reverse and shudders when shifting into 2nd and when downshifting when the pedal is to the floor. The funny thing is, I only noticed it when I had to fluid replaced recently and when the transmission is warmed up, never when its cold. Also I haven't seen any codes or symbols flashing when this occurs. Any ideas on what I could check or look for?

fluid might be low. take it to autozone and have them check it, the CEL doesn't have to be on to have a tranny code pop up.

Maybe the Solenoid. 05 Mustang shifted fine when it was cold, but shifted terrible when it was hot (solenoid shot).
