2007 Ford ST questions

I got a 2007 ST a couple months ago and I've loved it so far. I was wondering if light bars can be installed on it and how. Also does it look better with or without the running boards? Thanks!

Yes to the light bar, and leave the running boards on. Took mine off last weekend to krylon them and you can clearly see the frame and the brake lines down the driver side from about 6 feet back without them on. Not to mention the gravel rash on the bottom of the body that is covered by them.
