I am about to embark on a front suspension rebuild on our Sport Trac, 220,000 miles. I will use the following components:

AM Autoparts AM-2116943038 Front Suspension Kit Left/Right with:
- Inner Tie Rods
- Lower Control Arms with Ball Joints
- Outer Tie Rods
- Sway Bar Links
- Upper Control Arms with Ball Joints

Monroe Quick Strut Assembly 371124 Left/Right sides

Any other advice before I get started?

do you have a strut lift on? if not now the time to do it. but you will need extened UCA or extened upper Ball joints.

Advice - i would add grease on the top of the strut plat where it sits in the strut tower. thats where mine were rusted from water sitting on them.
also the swaybar endlinks can be a pain. you need either have the suspension loaded or do some side just barely on then jack up the other sides LCA in order to start the bolt on the threads.

No lift, all stock. I plan to keep it that way.

Good tip on the strut plate, I'll douse this area with Fluid Film on assembly.
