Did my brakes yesterday. The fronts were a breeze, not much in the way of rust build up in the caliper bracket. The rear was a bit of a pain if you don't rent / buy the caliper resetting tool. There was a lot of rust jacking under the pads which is a known issue for previous Explorer models. I will check the rear pads yearly for this. As I've mentioned in another thread, Ford may have gone with a non- vented hat on the front rotors, which worked out just fine.
