I decided to go with the tires and haven't had any clearance problems, I only have the Tt and shackles. Will post pics when I get home.

I run that size in the summer, any less lift on mine and I'd be ripping off the flares... but, I have a really aggressive tread on them

I run 265/75/16 with the t-bars maxed out and aal and my own custom shackles. But when I go wheelin I have a pair of 285/75/16 for the rear and the only rub the wheel wells on full flex. The 285s are Firestone destination mud terrains. It's like night and day when I slap those on.

I think they look good with this tire size, now if I could just get my LSD to work better.
