Looks good. What wheels & size tires do you have? Any lift? Wife likes it.

Thanks. They are 16" fuel boost wheels with 265/75/16 tires. Only had to do minor trimming and zip tying of the wheel well and don't really have any rubbing issues. I haven't gotten any type of lift yet so it is still stock height. Hoping to do the 3" body lift this spring/summer.

Stock 04 Explorer XLT 4.0. I wanna change out the lights but I haven't decided if black or Chrome would look better with the color. Right now I'm thinking black head/taillights and black/chrome wheels. Opinions?

Hey guys new member here! Been lurking the forums since last September when I picked up my 02 XLT. This is what it looked like when I got it:

As it looks like today:

Projector headlights
3000k hid fog lights
24" bumper led light bar
42" led roof light bar

Itsgerson, Its came a long way! What size light bar did you get on your roofrack and how did you mount it?

I'm using a 42" light bar. And I used some L shaped bracket mounted to the bolts that hold down the rack to the roof. So the rack is kinda floating a bit. I'll take a picture tomorrow.

Nicely done on the bar and the other upgrades.. I have the same white style was wondering how the black plastic and wheels wound look.. Again.. Nicely done

Thinking about getting a lightbar like the one on itsgerson's roof rack and some chrome and black or just black Aviator mirrors thoughts?

All I used was a flat L shaped bracket. Drilled some holes and used the mounting bolts to clamp it down. Then trimmed the piece of plastic to allow the bracket to come out the side. Little ghetto but it got the job done.

Dipped the whole car????? Nice!! Best way to try a new look!

Got muddy and broke my **** at Trucks Gone Wild @ Redneck Yacht Club this weekend. Luckily it's just a window motor.

Brian, just so you know, you don't have to change the regulator too. I got just the reconditioned Ford motor at NAPA and changing it out wasn't bad at all.

That's great to know. I haven't had the opportunity to pull it apart yet but I know there's plenty of room to work in there. Again, you're always helpful Rondo
