3rd row removal - 2012 Exp

Does anyone have any pics or how to for the removal of the 3rd row and some method they used to create a new deck?

I'll be getting my new 2012 Exp base in a few weeks and I'm looking at picking up the extra space from the 3rd row that I have no use for.

On the LTD they flip flat into the well. Base model will they fold flat?
