Does anyone have a set they would like to sell or rent? The only places that have them in stock are $400 plus, I am trying to do this myself without breaking the bank, budget is tight.

see if you can rent it from autozone, advance auto, or o'riely depending on which one is closest to you.

Unless you can find one to rent from an individual you will be buying. These are too specialized and too expensive for a parts shop to loan. You could jerry rig one like streetrod did. Did you check amazon? I got luck with mine, bought it used for 150. If you were in the Saskatoon area I would let you borrow it.

Hmm, maybe we could talk someone into renting it out. Maybe a small user fee paid via paypal. I would gladly pay a fee of oh say $50 for a months rental...just thinking out loud.

I walked in to local shops, ended up renting it for the cost of coffee and donuts.
