4x4 issue...

In my 4x4 XLT I noticed that without touching any button the 4x4 starts automatically when stucking in sand. Does it means that the 4x4 module is only to activate the Low 4x4?
Urgent please!!!!

it will auto engage when slipping when in 4*4 auto mode in High range mode.
