I have a 98' 5.0 motor that has over 200,000 miles and it just now got the water leak on the timing cover. I decided to go ahead and pull the motor and do a complete rebuild. Here is a list of things I am considering doing to the motor, is there any advice on what I am considering or things I should add?

1.Change all freeze plugs to screw in type.
2.Change all oil gallery plugs to screw in type.
3.Dynamic balance the motor.
4.Port & Polish Heads.
5.High Volume oil pump & Heavy duty shaft.
6.Chamfer & Radius all oil holes.
7.Blue print Oil pump.
8.Blue Viton valve stem oil seals.
9.Dual roller Timing Chain.
10. ARP Rod Bolts.
11.Resurface & deck heads & block.
12. Recondition cylinder walls.

I am building this for cross country traveling. So I need it to be bullet proof.
