I went to start my explorer and when started it a little smoke came up not a lot just a little then it started idling funny and stalled so I started it again rev'd it a little then it stayed on didn't idle as funny but there is kind of a hiss sound coming from the driver side eventually it will idle hard and die again but if my foot is on the gas reving it, it will stay on. I don't know anything about cars but I just lost my job so can't afford to take it to a mechanic amd want to try and figure out what it is so I can try and find a friend or neighbor that can fix it if I know what it is.
