97 Eddie Bauer 5.0 V-8, the digital climate control unit is not on, and blower and the running lights stayes on all the time even when the engine is off, I have replaced the climate control unit, but is the same, when I unplug the climate control unit, blower stops,and running lights turns off and when is pluged in, blower works all the time with nothing showing on the display. Please advise
