99 XLS white face Gauges ???

I have a set of white face gauges that came out of a Sport Trac, i believe a 2001 trac,

My question is,, what would it take to make them work in My 99 XLS, ???

i was just going to plug them in, but thought better of that as it may make stuff not work, or maybe even the magic smoke appear, and i don't want that ,,


i originally got these for my 96 but the vss is different from the 2001 Trac, but it is the same in the 99,, in the rear diff,

I believe theyre just Plug & Play.

Actually I think 2 or 3 of the warning lights are different.

I think one of them is when a door is ajar, it says "FUEL RESET" or something.

Should plug and play, Pete. The early gen II had the relocated idiot lights... When they went green lights, the idiot lights changed.
