A/C blower motor switch.

I have a 1996 explorer xlt the blower motor only works on the 3 low speeds and high it does not work

blower motor doesnt whine or make odd noises works great other three speeds

i checked the resistor its fine

replaced the switch inside

checked the fuses and relays all are fine :thumbdwn:

is there an inline fuse or fusable link between switch and resistor?

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the A/C & heater section. Did you use a continuity tester or a multimeter on the blower motor resistor? Sometimes you can't tell if it's bad just by looking at it. There could be a broken solder joint somewhere.

i checked the resistor its fine

How did you check it? How do you know it is working? A replacement is cheap.
