AC and Power window issues 1995 explorer

I have two different problems my power windows work when they want to I have replace master switch and still has same problems they might work they might not .

Second problem now is the AC blows cold sometimes then gets hot some times it blows out the defrost vent either way it is hot in my explorer window issue was not a big concern as long as the AC worked now with out side temps over 100 it's like a 5 minute drive feels like an hour in a 350 oven!

Welcome to this forum! Check the wiring between the door, and the frame of the vehicle for the power window issue. As for the A/C issue, check the vacuum lines for leaks.

I have the same problem, My drivers side window wont roll down but all the others do.?

The hard plastic color coded vacuum lines on the A/C system have rubber connectors on the end. The plastic sometimes cracks near this rubber connector.
