Ok, I want one. I want to install it on the back of the X...

How bad would "explorerforum.com" look on that (I put it in small letters since I figure that would take up less space)..

And of course, I want it in Burns Green :) to match my RA's :)

    ~Mark

edit: Would explorer4x4.com look better? EF seems to be the better landing page but if it won't fit explorer4x4.com would work too..

Mark, I will have to give you toxic green. I don't think I have enough of the neon yellow to work it out.
    It's better though.

letters are only 3/4" tall. Let me try cutting it, I'm a little concerned it might be getting too thin to cut that small. My plasma cutter beam is around .1" thick.

edit: FYI that stencil font doesn't allow lower case letters for some reason.

    That one works...

Also, I'd prefer only the bottom 2 holes drilled or if its easier, no holes is ok too..

And a Special request. Can I have the cutouts of the letters too? I have an idea for a use for them too.

Just gimme a total and I'll get it paypal'd right away.

Since the lettering is so small, I doubt the inner parts of the lettering will be very discernible, and it will be very tough to find them in the murky water box under the plasma.

I'll take the other 4 holes off for yours.

Hrm.. Can I do a special order for cut out letters (2" tall letters)? I don't need them powder coated but they could travel with the bigger piece.

If thats a pain, thats ok.. it was just a thought of something that "might" look good on the truck. Of course, looks "good" is relative since I'm running out of body panels that aren't dented or haven't been attacked with the sawzall.

I'll be cutting them out and sending them to Turdle's in the next day or two. We have to do them in batches to save on shipping.

I do want the explorer4x4 one (the one that is on 2 lines)..

I just need a paypal addr and final total for a color close to burns green. I do think I still have a baggie of the unburnt powder that I could mail back that was sent when my beams were coated.

I also have a special request piece I'd like to get if possible. Just the letters Explorerforum.com cut out as 2" tall letters. If its not possible or not cost effective don't worry about it..

The system I have is to get the house numbers finished, then ask for payment. This will help keep it straight on my end. ;)
I will see what I can do about hitting burns green. How much do you have? I'll need about 1/4 -maybe 1/3 cup to do your sign alone. Cost of minumum order of neon yellow would be close to 40.00 alone, and I have not used any since coating your bars.
However, this color I do have

Now for the rest of you guys:
Once a address is finished, I will need prompt payment! Thanks!

I don't have that much powder.. BUT, I do like the color on that Diff cover.. Its close enough.. and works for me..

The explorer4x4 one I mentioned above that I'd like to get is this one but without the bolt holes... Its basically words for a house number.. :)

We can take care of the Text cutout idea later...

OK. All requests to date are on the way to me. So, if you want one now you will have to wait for the next batch to build up.

Stay tuned! Have your funds ready please!

Ok, I got all of the requested pieces in, and threw them in my oven to bake off all the machining oils in preparation for blasting.

I will be finishing them this week, so stay tuned!

Would a nice flat black be ok? I kinda got low on the wrinkle black. I think gloss or satin would glare too much-

    Flat black like this
