Aftermarket rim advice

Hi,
Im looking to put rims on my 06 explorer because mine are discolored. I was looking at getting a rim that was 17x8 and I currently have the 16x7 stock rims on. The ones Im looking at are mayhem patriots with a +15 offset. I'm just seeing if I will need a spacer or anything else to make them fit and not rub alot? (I'm not really knowledgeable on rims so any advice would be appreciated)

From research I have done I do know you need to check the bolt pattern ( 5x114.30 I think) http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=153350 this is a good link to read.
